Goal: Complete 9 weeks of eXtreme daily exercises plus hit your step goal each day #walkitout !! Track your progress, eat your vegetable, hydrate your body and be one bad ass, girl boss, powerhouse all FALL long! Along the way we will give away cool prizes!
