From marathons to muscles our unique staff has every inch of the fitness industry covered. With lots of energy, different personalities, organic teaching styles and their own favorite workout moves and music, come try the over 30 different class options!

Megan VanEyll

Owner, Fitness Expert, Sweat With Megan Creator

President of the studio and fitness obsessed, Megan has created SIU as a place for women to have fun sweating. After 10 years in the industry Megan has successfully helped all walks of life create healthier lifestyles through small changes and contagious energy. Her vibe is positive, her workouts are tough and her motivation is top notch. When she's not sweating with her patrons find her hanging with her long time finance and two kids.

Bobbi Jo Fischer

Group Fitness Expert, Boxing Junkie, Senior Training Certified

Bobbi Jo is a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She holds her Personal Trainer Certification through ACE Fitness and is an ACE Senior Fitness Specialist. She enjoys training with all ages and levels, but her passion is working with people over 45. Bobbi understands how the body changes as we age and how it affects the way we exercise. Exercise and movement should make you feel young and vibrant, and she can't wait to guide you to a fitter, healthier life!

Cortney Minger

Group Fitness Expert, Yoga Guru, Runner

Cortney has been teaching group fitness for over 7+ years. She enjoys encouraging and training with all levels of fitness. She truly believes what doesn't kill you makes you stronger both physically and mentally! Along with holding a group fitness certification Cortney received her 200hr Power Yoga Certification in 2013. She loves the balance that yoga gives the body after a good workout out! When not instructing you can find Cortney running, enjoying time with her husband and two boys (Teddy and Charlie) or in the kitchen working on her next healthy dessert creation that may or may not turn out! Cortney looks forward to seeing you in the studio soon!

Emily Anderson

Group Fitness Expert, Heavy Weights, TRX Certified

Emily is an SIU groupie turned instructor. She’s obsessed with heavy weights, sweating before sunrise and drinking more water than seems reasonable. When not at the gym she loves camping and surfing the lakes with her husband and 3 kiddos.

Jenny Engker

Group Fitness Expert

Jenny is an online high school biology teacher, wife, and mom of 3 active kiddos. She has always had a passion for sports and fitness. She played and coached volleyball for many years and has now refocused her energy into teaching fitness classes at SIU. She is passionate about encouraging people of all ages to stay active and make connections through fitness.

Brittany Opatz

Group Fitness Expert

Brittany is passionate about fitness and nutrition. She is a strong believer in real/whole foods vs. fad diets and enjoys educating others on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She coached and educated clients for 6+ years on nutrition, weight loss, disease management, and fitness. Brittany graduated from the U of M where she earned a Master’s Degree in Sports Management, Coaching, and Applied Kinesiology. She knew she wanted to work in the health and fitness industry and help others look and feel their best. Besides working out at the studio, Brittany enjoys training for marathons, fat biking, boating, and camping with her husband and 3 kids.

Liz Erikkson

Group Fitness Expert

Liz is an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor, mom, and wife. She has been involved in fitness for as long as she can remember. At 2 years old, her parents enrolled her in gymnastics and that was the beginning of a lifelong career in athletics. She was a Division 1 Gymnast. After college, she continued to coach gymnastics at the club level and high school level. She has worked at multiple fitness clubs in various positions. Her true passion is teaching fitness classes. When she is not teaching classes, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband and 3 kids.
